Workout Dallas!

Workout Dallas is dedicated to AWESOME workouts, having FUN, and GETTING RESULTS.

My name is JB and our JB FITNESS COMMUNITY is exactly that.  We're a community and we stick together and encourage each other towards our goals.  There are lot of lies and a lot of myths out there and the goal and focus of what we do is to DEBUNK as many of those as we can, stay sane, and make sure that our minds are calm, relaxed, and in a good place so that the journey towards our goal isn't one that you're going to dread.

Not to be confused with an easy workout we have intense, 30-minute sessions designed to whip you into shape quickly and effectively.  You don't have all of the time in the world and studies show time and time again that these shorter and more intense workouts are more effective than long and boring hours in the gym!
